Tour Cost:

• If 35-39 are paying fare, $4,043.00 PER PERSON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.

• If 40-44 are paying fare, $3,945. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: $1,910.00.

• If more than 4 Single Supplements, $ 2,194 each.

Included in the Tour Price:

Twin accommodations with private bath or shower in 4-star hotels for 11 nights. All rooms with private bath/shower. Hotel service charges and taxes. Breakfast provided by the hotel. Ten three course dinners at your hotel. Final Clan Dinner in Edinburgh. Three lunches and one box lunch. Complete sightseeing program by private, deluxe motorcoach. Services of a Blue Badge Guide throughout the tour with the exception of one day in Edinburgh. Entrance fees to public sites of interest as specified in the itinerary.

Not Included in the Tour Price:

Airfare. Passport fees; insurance; excess baggage charges. Porterage. Passengers are allowed 1 large suitcase, approximate dimensions 30 x 20 x 16 max. plus 1 small carryon bag which must fit inside the coach overhead compartment – approximate size of a 17” carryon. $5.00 per bag per day will be charged for excess baggage provided there is room on the coach. Seven Lunches; beverages not supplied with meals; personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, etc. optional tips to the driver and the guide. If your trip is delayed by airline changes or cancellations, or for any other reason, and extra expenses are incurred to catch up with the group, these expenses are not included. Travel Insurance would cover such incidences and is highly recommended.

Clan Dunbar International acts as agent with Cashel Travel to make and secure all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing & hotel accommodations. By accepting this tour and utilizing the service you agree that Clan Dunbar International nor any representative shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, any occurrence beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedules, etc. Travel documents, as well as compliance with customs regulations are your responsibility. No member of Clan Dunbar International or representative can change the terms under which you agree to take this tour. Furthermore, Clan Dunbar International reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and to change the hotels if unforeseen situations make either of these necessary. You will require a passport that is valid for SIX MONTHS after the LAST date of the tour. If your passport will expire earlier, we urge you to renew immediately as the timeframe is lengthy.

Reservations and Deposits:

Reservations may be secured through Clan Dunbar International upon payment of a deposit in the amount of $650.00 per person no later than December 31, 2023. Final payment is required no later than March 21, 2024. A fee of $50.00 per person may be charged for last minute booking and/or changes after the original booking is made. This tour is based on a group of 35-39, or 40 -44 passengers, as noted in the pricing above. Pricing is based on current exchange levels which are subject to change.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to departure will be refunded their deposit. No refund of the deposit will be given with cancellations received less than 90 days prior to departure. Cancellations must be made in writing. We highly recommend travel insurance. The travel insurance also covers you for medical expenses. In order to have complete coverage of pre-existing conditions, you must purchase insurance within 15 days of making your deposit. If the tour does not materialize because of lack of numbers, your deposit will be refunded in full if within 45 days of departure.
